Please ensure you check your email for your waitlist confirmation.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Due to the small number of reformers we have a strict 8 hour cancellation policy. Cancellations made with less than 8 hours notice will incur the full cost of the class booked. Members are not to pre-book classes above their membership. For example if you are on the Journey membership, you are able to pre-book 3 classes per week only. If you do not attend one of these sessions then the session will be removed from your weekly allowance. Any member that continues to prebook classes above their allowance will be asked to purchase class packs.

Class bookings can be cancelled online by logging into your account and choosing to unreserve the class you wish to cancel, or by calling or emailing your Studio.

If you know you will not be able to make a class for which you have booked, within the 8 hour cancellation window, we strongly encourage a cancellation to be made, so that another person may take your reservation on the reformer.

PREGNANCY

Our instructors are highly trained, however if you want a more hands on approach we'd advise you book in a session to our beginner's class, or a private class. We look forward to supporting and nourishing you through this exciting time of your life.

CHILDREN

Our studio is kid friendly we have a small sitting area where kiddies are welcome to play. Please bring items to keep your little one entertained.
