Your Reformer Start Up Kit starts with a Private Appointment with one of our Senior Instructors, Britt our Studio Manager or Stacey the Owner.
We welcome you into the studio with an Introduction to the studio, reformer and the principles of the pilates method. Your 60 minute appointment includes the following:
Discussion of any injuries / illnesses or restrictions to training
Goals for your Pilates journey
A tour of the studio and how everything works
The fundamental Pilates movements and class flow
Setting up the app and showing you how to book your first group class
As a welcome gift, you'll also receive a FREE pair of grip socks to get you started.
Your total package includes your Private Appointment, two (2) Group Classes and the FREE pair of socks.
