Your experience begins with a 60-minute private appointment with one of our senior instructors, where we’ll introduce you to the studio, the Reformer and the foundations of Pilates.

A chat about your goals
Studio and Reformer introduction
45-minute private Pilates session
Help setting up the app and choosing the right group classes for you

Our 5 Class Intro Offer is perfect if you're ready to jump straight into group classes. If you're already active, have experience with fitness or Pilates, or simply feel confident learning in a group environment, there's no need for the extra support of our Reformer Start-Up Pack.
